The customer service was excellent, I cnotated them through their website and spoke the nicest most patient and helpful customer advisors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, they went above and beyond the call off duty to assist me and resolved my query very quickly with a positive outcome.
Use the ikea website to contact them, they have such well mannered and accommodating staff. 10 out of 10 from me! Especially Aleksandra, such a helpful pleasant young lady.
