I have been charged £40 for returning a pair of trainers - without iKRIX stating at any point what the cost of return would be. I would have never made the purchase with them knowing they would charge for (both delivery and) return at such a cost.
Also, my delivery was late and there was a dent in the shoe box, which are minor issues. Nevertheless, the overall experience has been bad, and the return charge ludicrous.
