I am so annoyed about the lack of care Ikrush give their customers.
I am now on the 28th day of waiting for my £39.99 refund.
On 13th August you acknowledged my refund with a pending status.
I have sent proof of postage to Janet Abrigo, who since then has gone cold turkey on communication.
I have accidentally sent an AX paris dress, which again, I am waiting to be returned to me, again with no one able to communicate with me regarding this matter, even though it was Ikrush who alerted me to this mistake.
It is ridiculous you do not have a phone number. I will never order from you again. I will not stop until I have my refund, even if that means escalating matters futher.
