Avoid if you care about customer service. The shed is ok now I have it but they promise communication and fail. They promise assistance but fail, don’t answer the phones, nameless emails with no accountability and generic excuses as to why they’re appalling. READ TRUST PILATE reviews. I don’t expect much these days but this is the worst experience I’ve had for a very long time. An email or message will appear saying they’re sorry: they’re not and then they’ll make out it’s not their problem. IT IS!
