Terrible shade match with uncompassionate customer service:
Wrong shade twice and denied an exchange because I ordered early while finishing up my last foundation and elapsed the 30 days. No exceptions and completely unsympathetic, suggesting I buy another one instead - to risk getting the wrong shade again is unreasonable.
