Wrong shade twice and denied an exchange because I ordered early while finishing up my last foundation and elapsed the 30 days. No exceptions and completely unsympathetic, suggesting I buy another one instead - to risk getting the wrong shade again is unreasonable.”
“IT HAD BEEN A WHILE SINCE I ORDERED "I WOKE UP LIKE THIS" FOUNDATION, AND I TOTALLY LOVED IT(#105).
HOWEVER I JUST RECENTLY ORDERED ANOTHER BOTTLE AS MINE NEARING EMPTY. WHEN I RECEIVED MY 2ND BOTTLE, THE COLOR WAS OFF A LITTLE. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR ME!! I WAITED AND APPLIED IT AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND WENT OUTDOORS WITH IT, AND YES, IT WAS TOO YELLOW FOR MY SKIN TONE. I HATE RETURNING STUFF AND HESITATED CONTACTING ILMAKEAGE FOR ANOTHER WEEK.
I FINALLY DID CONTACT THEM TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING I COULD DO TO TONE DOWN THE YELLOW (like a red or green primer)?? AND TO MY RELIEF, ILMAKEAGE RESPONDED QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND WANTED ME TO BE HAPPY....THEY ASKED ME A FEW DIRECT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CURRENT COLOR AND WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED, SENT ME ANOTHER REPLACEMENT (#120)...IT IS BEAUTIFULLY MATCHED TO MY SKIN TONE. ILMAKEAGE FOUNDATION HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME A FLAWLESS LOOK AND EVEN TONE COVERAGE. THE TEXTURE OF THE FOUNDATION IS SILKY AND GOES ON EVENLY AND SMOOTH.
IM ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT ANYONE WHO JUST APPLIES THIS PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND EVENLY WILL BE TOTALLY SATISFIED AS I AM.

“This company is a fraud and then they steal your cause. I set up no login information but they take it up on themselves to set it up so that they could steal from you and they make it very very impossible to contact them. The quality this make up does not and is not worth Almost $150 that’s a lie and then they stick you with the mess and make sure you cannot cancel unless you run up on it accidentally cause they will never give you the exact way that you have to delete it. They will tell you that their boss said hey they won’t give you your money back but I’ll give you $50 to buy something with if you verify your email address now they were good at taking your money and stuff but all of a sudden in order to give you the $50 they gotta verify your email address But they don’t put a link for you to verify your email address just evil lowlife. They lowdown people. They are hard hearted and money hungry! It’s take God to help you in Jesus name. I pray to God they go out of business. This is a Very Evil Pl., December the seven I asked to return is with the only email that I had. They never got back in touch with me except for some stupid thing about go to this email and then they sent me to my iCloud. I don’t even use my iCloud email address so they’re very very unprofessional and I think the only way they got my iCloud address was because I paid with a certain card. Please do not buy anything. Do not try anything from these people. They are fraud money hungry people if they were on it would be very easy email that’s available for you to use. They would send you that label. “I seen ad 'Try Before You Buy', I had to do a beauty quiz to find perfect match to to my complexion. It suggested #40 'WOKE UP LIKE THIS', also was giving me opportunity 'sample' their primary. It was going to give me a Mystery gift. Only required payment at that time was for cost of shipping, if I wasn't satisfied I could send the product back FREE CHARGEI never give my bank card on line, that's why have PayPal account & buy prepaid credit cards. It wasn't excepting my $100 prepaid. Red Flag should of hit me right their. Without thinking first, I put in my bank card. It said had 14 days try products and if I wasn't satisfied I could return it free.
Next morning I woke up and $152.89 had been withdrawn from my account. Looked into my bank inquiries, sure enough 15 minutes after I authorized the payment of shipping, another payment for sum $152.89 came out for IL MAKIAGE. So much for 'Try BEFORE You Buy'!
I was furious, emailed demanding my money back. The reply email was so unpersonal. She acted like we were besr friends, telling me 'Not to worry, your money will fall off and be back into your account' 🤔 I wasn't aware that they payed my bills and I was not to worry about the $150 that was absent from my account now, which I had in their for bills.
Needless to say, it turned me off from products. Yes my money came back in a few days. The primer smelled strongly of chemicals, and the foundation was orange. I got a friend who was Indigenous, another whose African American guess what colour they got in quiz as well #40. A little suspicious. They had given an opportunity to rate tge products in exchanges for $15. I went to use them and didn't work.
It's a complete scam, Do Not Trust It.”
