I absolutely love iLoveKickboxing in Whitehall, Pa! The facility is extrememly clean and you can tell the staff goes above and beyond to make sure to keep it clean and the customers safe. I have never felt so good after a workout, mentally or physically! The instructors are encouraging and push you but aren't aggressive and in your face; the environment is so positive and fun. The energy of the entire place is centered around working hard and feeling proud of yourself, it makes me want to come back every day. My mindset toward my body and working out has completely changed. I've never felt more comfortable or motivated to work out. I actually crave working out now! I've always wanted to try kickboxing and I'm so so so glad I did it at iLoveKickboxing.
