ILKB is such a supportive, inspiring kickboxing studio. Both the Midlo and Glen Allen franchise locations have quality instructors that genuinely care about member wellbeing. Classes are upbeat, action-packed, and foster a “be your best self” mentality. New members get instruction to learn the basics while veterans continue to be challenged enough to promote ongoing engagement. I show up, have a workout planned for me, I complete it and it is that simple! Best of all, I have made some great friends in the process. I highly recommend this studio and each of its amazing instructors!
