I recently started classes in Glen Allen, VA and I have finally found my niche! I could never commit to a gym or exercise routine but I LOVE KICKBOXING! I have a stressful job and the stress melts away after a class. I am challenged but not pushed too far and modifiers are ALWAYS an option. Every single instructor has been supportive, helpful and caring. There is a family vibe to the studio and I love that! Give kickboxing a go, you won’t regret it!
