iLoveKickboxing (Suffolk) has been a great experience thus far. I am in my second week and loving it. I have seen immediate results in my energy, stamina, and health (blood pressure). The staff are excellent and the owners are genuine. The atmosphere is great for a workout and it feels like home. Everyone (staff, owners, and members) feels like family here.
