It’s my first time trying kicking boxing. I have only been to a few classes so far & I love it. You instantly feel the burn & definitely sore the next day if you haven’t worked out in awhile. The staff are super nice & teach you all the moves. Definitely a comfortable place to learn, especially if you never tried it. I definitely recommend to anyone. This is in Whitehall, PA!
