Very unprofessional. I attended two classes and expressed concern over the hidden fees to someone who worked there. Next thing I know, my coach wrote to tell me it wasn’t working out. She wouldn’t talk to me. Received an email at 11 pm saying they were ending my membership and would only refund the membership fees, not the supplements I had to buy. I asked why they were doing it and said I wanted to keep my membership, but they wouldn’t respond. Don’t trust them. Very shady and unprofessional!!
