Amazing!!! The best word to describe ilkb! Amazing facility, amazing classes, amazing members and amazing staff! I joined a little over 2 months ago. From the first class I was hooked!! I was very nervous to show up for my first class. The moment I walked in I was greeted immediately. One of the staff members sat with me and asked me questions about my goals and my fitness experience. He actually listened to me! He showed me around the facility and explained the class style. The staff member stayed with me throughout the entire class. He showed me how to do all the punches and kicks correctly to ensure I wouldn't get injured. After years of gyms, spin classes, running, lifting, and much more, ilkb is truly the best workout out there! I think one of my favorite things about ilkb is that the instructors take the classes too. They sweat and train right along side of you. The staff cares about each member. They know you by name and care about your goals. They provide fit tips at each class and applaud your hard work with a woohoo at the end of every workout!! I couldn't be happier! Ilkb came into my life when I as at an all time low. Coming off a foot injury that prevented me from doing exercise for over a year. The staff is so motivating and inspiring. I want to be there every day!! You'd be crazy not to give ilkb a chance!!!
