I love kickboxing in SOMERSET, NJhas had a positive impact in every area of my life. It has made me healthier both mentally and physically, allowing me to view life in a more optimistic way. The staff genuinely cares about you, not just pertaining to your workout but as people. They challenge you and encourage you to achieve goals that seemed out of reach. All the members are friendly and supportive of each other's fitness journeys. I love kickboxing in somerset truly is a "fitfam". I am lucky to have found it and you will be too!
