I absolutely love kickboxing and what makes it even better is the sense of community at ILKB Federal Way, WA! The owners Debbie and Jim are amazing and make everyone feel like family! The staff are knowledgeable and make the classes fun and energetic (all while kicking your ass)! They have been so encouraging throughout my fitness journey and have helped me take it to the next level. This studio is amazing!!!
