From the moment my first class finished I was hooked! The bumping music, the awesome knowledge of the friendly instructors, the encouragement of my fellow classmates, and most important the sweat dripping from my brow! This is one of the best workouts I have had in a long while, and I have played competitive sports for decades now. These classes are empowering, and make me feel like strong, like I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. I can’t say enough about how much I love my ILKB gym in Federal Way, WA, and how happy I am to have found it!
