When I started IloveKickboxing, I feel like it was the best investment ever. With me having "Tendentious" in both knees and I thought my knees were going to get worse, but actually, they've gotten better. Ilovekickiboing staff has "Modified" workouts that are as effective as the ones, that others with good knees can do as well. When I started Kickboxing, the first month I lost 7 lbs in 1 month and that's when I knew I made the right decision. The staff in Columbus, GA is great, we're family and I wouldn't trade them for nothing.
