Recently joined the Bartlett, TN location and let me say: I Love love love it. It is truly for every body. Each trainer works with you and helps you modify exercises. They push you but aren't pushy. They are fun, exciting people that never make you feel judged our that you are somehow "less" because of your size. They truly want to help each person gain healthy, happy lives and reach their fitness goals. They even remember your motivations, your goals, and where you want to go from day to day to help keep you on track. I can't wait for my next class!!!
