So, it's been a little over a month now that I have been kickboxing at the Federal Way, WA base and I got to tell you, it has been a big CHANGE in my life after many years of no "workout" and no "health" changing plans. The Federal Way area has such upbeat and positive atmosphere, that I immediately felt the "urge" to want to come back, so yes, I signed up my first day after my first class! The instructors are awesome, and I love the music! I normally attend the morning classes because of work, so I love that the music is able to WAKE me up but in that "healthy" choice mood! Even the members motivation inspire myself to stay on the positive note, that it's a healthy fun plan for a healthy life! What other workout can I signup for that is convenient; and full of fun music, fun instructors, and fun environment! Our Federal Way, WA iLoveKickboxing! !
