I am so in love with ILoveKickboxing in Silverdale!! It is such an uplifting place. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They keep you motivated even when you're ready to stop. They help push you to your goals. Everyone there (customers included) are so supportive. No one is there to judge or look down on you. And they are so clean! They wipe everything down between each class and then deep clean every night no gross sweaty gym smells. :) In 3 weeks I'm already down 15 pounds and my muscles are getting super toned. I feel lost if I miss my daily dose of kickboxing! :) There aren't enough words to describe how thankful I feel to have found them. I also love how every month they have different give back hashtags. Every check in gives something to the charity of the month; from helping to feed shelter animals to free screening tests for cancer! I recommend ILKB to everyone, especially if you're bored or stuck in the awkward wandering at regular gyms.
