iLoveKickboxing in Federal Way, Washington, is a wonderful place to get a great work out! The staff are welcoming and accommodating and push you to want to do you best. I would highly recommend this location to people of any fitness level. Staff and the people working out are friendly and helpful to everyone who comes in to give it a try. I had been wanting to try for years and am so glad I did. :)
