I had a fantastic experience at I love kickboxing in Chantilly, VA. Upon arrival, I was welcomed into the gym and given a tour. The instructors were very friendly and showed me how to correctly do each of the different moves. The warm-up was the hardest part, but the instructors made it fun and kept it doable by having short intervals and encouraging us to only do what we could. The atmosphere in general is very positive and fun. I never felt intimidated or out of place. The facility is clean and has lockers, just bring your own lock. Definitely give it a try! You won't regret it.
