The high energy staff and banging atmosphere of the studio engage and motivate you from the beginning of your workout to the end. I have found it is a place of no judgement and this makes it comfortable. The staff are motivating and encourage you to strive towards your personal goals! I can say that I walk through the door full of everyday stressors and leave without them, you can put them all out on the mat!!! #ILOVEKICKBOXING
