I already love ILKB Federal Way and haven’t even been a member for a month! Right away they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home. The owners and staff are always happy, energetic and motivating. I recently pulled a muscle while working out and a few days later had one of the staff members checking in with me to see how I was. You don’t get that at other gyms. They are contently doing fun activities outside of the gym to bring a sense of community inside the gym. I love that we have our own FB page because it truly allows us to ask questions, support and motivate and just get to know each other better.
