I recently joined ILK in Winchester. I love it!!! The staff is amazing and pushes you to your limit!! The center itself is very clean and well maintained. I didn't know anyone else in my class, but at the end of the first class(and every class after) you feel welcome and like you are part of something. This is designed for any body size and shape which is even more amazing. The staff and other members do recognize you for your progress and you leave at the end feeling very sweaty and successful. I would recommend to anyone, ever. I honestly feel at home here!!!!!
