ILKB, Lynnwood, WA is the best decision I have ever made in my life. I have never become so addicted to one workout and it has transformed my body to what I had imagined for a very long time and didn't think it could happen. The staff is amazing. They make you feel comfortable and are very good at teaching you the forms. I have learned so much in the 6 months that I have been going there and it's helped me lose weight so much quicker and get stronger in areas that I had trouble with. I would definitely recommend anyone to register.
