iLovekickboxing in Federal Way has been amazing. I was nervous about going to my first class that a friend convinced me to go to.
After the 2nd class, I fell in love! The staff is amazing, motivating and they make it a fun environment to work out.
They definitely make sure you take it at your own pace!
Going to class is something I look forward to at the end of my day!
