After thinking about kickboxing for a long time, I saw an add for Lynnwood, WA and signed up for the trial. One class and I was hooked. The instructors are all amazing and helpful. The other members make you feel welcome. It is a fantastic workout that gets me out of my head and focused on the moment, and reaching my goals.
