I received a Groupon to try iLKB Federal Way as a gift last summer and I have put off checking it out since then. I finally gave in and called to set up my first class a few days before it expired and I am SO GLAD that I did. I've never exercised consistently in my entire life and I am finding myself waking up at 5 am every day to go in to class! All of the instructors are fantastic; they've found a perfect balance of keeping their clients working hard while still having fun. I have been pleasantly surprised in how quickly I'm feeling changes in my strength & endurance. I can't wait to see what the future brings for me with iLKB Federal Way!
