I have been going once a week for a month. I work 2 jobs and I still fit it in my schedule & so can you. It's an intense workout that only takes an hour of your day and the results show! You'll be stronger, lose weight and feel great afterward! It even makes me want to workout more outside of class. Kate & Shamara are friendly and encouraging. Don't be afraid if you are out of shape there are modifications they'll show you. The faster you give them a try the faster you will see results!
