I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing! When I first started I was nervous because I was coming off an injury, but the instructors were great and gave me modifications for any exercises I couldn't fully do until I was comfortable doing them the normal way. I also love that they really focus on technique, its not just about kicks, punches and power, but doing each movement correctly so you are working the appropriate muscles and really being the best you can be! The workouts are fun, challenging and energizing and I can't say enough good things about it!
