I finally found something that I can stick with to stay active. I’ve been with ILKB since February and I have yet to find a reason not to come back! I love that the workouts are different and different instructors are present each session. Everyone is super nice and encouraging and the plus is that I have FUN!! I truly can say that #iLoveKickBoxing!!
