For my birthday, I received 4 free kickboxing classes and free gloves at ilovekickboxing in Poway. I wasn’t sure at first if this would be the kind of workout for me but I was pleasantly surprised. I love it so much I ended up signing up for a year membership almost immediately. I was most impressed with the instructors. They are so friendly and committed to help you meeting your fitness goals. They have fun raffles, DJ nights, contests, etc...that help motivate you and make working out really fun. I’ve met some amazing fellow kickboxers too because you can see that they love working out at ilovekickboxing Poway just as much as I do. If you’re looking for a place that provides a fun full body workout that is geared toward helping you meet your fitness goals this is the place for you!
