I highly recommend IloveKickboxing Raleigh. I came from another Ilovekickboxing location across the country and this site had included me like family instantly. The place and the workout felt familiar and the instructors and members made it unique. This has been a great workout. I’ve done bootcamp classes before, and while the 1st part of class has felt like a bootcamp/ conditioning style class, the rest is all punching and kicking and a lot of fun. Everyone is really encouraging, but you control how many reps or punches or kicks you want to do. So, come out and do some bag rounds with us!
