I love love love this location.. ILKB is a family to me, they care and welcome you in like family always. The whole staff at ILKB is extremely helpful, friendly and they motivate you to hit your goals. Becoming a member at ILKB has helped me with my health, confidence, self esteem, mind, stress and so so much more. Not only is the staff always encouraging but so are the members.
