IloveKickBoxing 3 weeks ago we did this crazy thing for the first time that we are now addicted to. We tried kickboxing to help us learn some techquines for our punching bag we have at home with zero intentions of joining the studio. When we went to our first class we knew this was something we wanted to continue as a routine for getting active and healthy. ILKB Federal Way is a family environment for helping you to get healthy, be accountable, having fun and encouraging you to WIN at your accomplishments.
