I love going to ILKB federal way! This place has really changed my thinking about working out! They have created such a motivating environment that you look forward to every class! The owners are amazing and the instructors are awesome! I joined in Oct 2017 with my daughter and it has been one of best decisions ever! Hope to see you on the mat soon!
