I started ILKB at the Dewitt location on a whim. I wanted to get into shape and thought working out with other people would make a difference, and it did. The staff is amazing. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door, you are not just a number to them, they remember your name. Very responsive to inquiries and any concerns you may have. You get out what you put into the workout. If you train hard, you see results. The trainers push you through the workouts. Well worth the investment!
