I really enjoy the classes because they're not monotonous! Always something different and you FEEL a difference in your body. I've only been taking classes for about 3 months, but I definitely notice a change in my body, energy and strength! My muscle mass went up 2%! All of the instructors are super motivating and it really feels like family. You learn actual skills and over the course of time, you get better and better. Things get easier, but you are CONSTANTLY challenged. A few years ago, I would have never gone to the gym, let alone by myself. Now, 3 times a week I am excited and motivated to get to class, even solo! Oh, and dripping sweat. Never experienced that before with any class, and it's a great feeling! Leave class with those endorphins pumping and feeling great.
