ILoveKickboxing in Federal Way, WA has become one of the favorite parts of my week! After having a baby, I was starting to think I’d never get back in to shape! But a few weeks after starting classes, I’m already noticing a difference, not only in my clothes and the way things fit, but also with my stamina and energy level. The staff is so fun and friendly, and the environment is the most welcoming and contagiously exciting place to work out. Joining ILoveKickboxing was one of the best decisions I’ve made in the journey of getting back on track!
