Words can not express the pride I feel being a member of ILKB- Federal Way! I have never had success committing to any type of gym membership, but ILKB is not a gym. It is a family! The trainers are always encouraging and pushing me to be my best. My fellow kickboxers are equally encouraging and supportive, no matter what fitness level I may be. I recommend I Love Kickboxing Federal Way to EVERYONE!!!
