I am new to ILKB Federal way, but I can already tell this place is amazing. I have been apart of a team my whole life and just finishing up college softball I was worried about my fitness going down hill. ILKB Federal way has been so welcoming and it feels like I’m on a team again. No better way to work out than being surrounded by such positive uplifting people with the same goals in mind. I cannot wait see where this journey takes me. Nothing but great things to say about this place!
