ILoveKickboxing in Federal Way, WA has dramatically changed my life. Within the first two weeks of taking classes, my confidence soared by 1000%! In four months time, I've lost 25lbs and 3 dress sizes. I feel so much better about myself and I can honestly say that this has had a positive impact on all aspects of my life.
