I've been part of the ilkb kickboxing gym for a few months and I am just obsessed with the entire place. From the amazing, warm, and friendly staff (that quickly become friends) to the clean and open mat space. I've lost several inches all over my body, 2 pant sizes and some lbs since starting only 3 months ago. I've become so much stronger and theres bo better stress relief than hitting the bag while listening to good music. Thanks, ilkb!
