I purchased the 3 class web special. It only took one class to decide that I wanted to become a member at the Federal Way, WA location. I started in the Fall of 2016, looking back and comparing to the present, I definitely see a lot of change both mentally and physically. I lost 10lbs within the first month and a half. I even notice a big change with my eating habits, I feel more energetic, etc. ILKB is a great place to get a great workout. Being in class with people who have the same goals as you is a big bonus because you're not alone. The atmosphere at ILKB is very welcoming, it's clean, you can sense positive energy throughout the studio, and the instructors are INCREDIBLE in what they do: very positive, motivating, driven, etc. Not to mention it is SUPER FUN! So if you're looking for a place to workout come to ILKB in Federal Way!
