Since joining ILKB Federal Way, I have become addicted to the classes and the great workouts!! I have made many new friends that I will have for life. The trainers are Awesome!!! They make you feel right at home as soon as you enter. It does not matter your size, age, or fitness level, we all are one and working toward the same goal of getting into the best shape of our lives!!!
