Had no idea what to expect. Went to my first class in Federal Way, WA and nearly threw up. But I was hooked. Couldn't stop thinking about it all night and found myself back the following morning for round 2! The instructors are so inspirational and keep you going right when you feel like you can't go any further. They help you learn the proper technique and you really work at your own pace. Everyone in class is so friendly and encouraging as well. I look forward to class and get bummed when I'm too busy to go.,
