I love kickboxing-Gig Harbor is literally the best thing that has happened to me. I struggle with getting out of bed and doing anything due to depression. I found ILKB and instantly fell in love. The staff is super friendly, they care about your well being, and strive to make you have the best experience possible. Clean, organized, and tons of giveaways. A wonderful experience all around and I strive to get on the mat as much as I can.
