I just attended my first kickboxing class at ilovekickboxing in Kennesaw, GA. It was AWESOME! The staff was engergetic, supportive and truly helpful when working through the routine and learning the kicks and punches. The music was great and kept me pumped the whole time. I got the best workout I have had in a long time. The overall experience was so much fun and I have plans to go back to class tonight since I signed up for the one year membership! Their schedule accommodates so many times during the day it can be a great fit for anyone.
