Doesnt matter what kind of mood Im in, or what happened that day, it all falls away when you step into that place and I walk away feeling like a boss! It's not just a business or just a membership, its a community and culture they've created at Federal Way ILKB. Ive lost 16lbs since ive started in March and my goal is to have visible abs by December I believe its achievable through this amazing program, environment, and staff that the Federal way location has provided!
